Concepcion Vocational School (CVS) is a TESDA Administered School with program offerings in Food Processing NC II, Cookery NC II, Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II, Animal Production NC II and Agricultural Crops Production NC I and II.

CVS ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • Proof of Previous Education (HS Card, F-137, Diploma or Transcript of Records)
  • Brgy. Clearance or Certificate of Good moral Character
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  • Three (3) pieces recent 1x1 ID picture (white background with collar)
  • Photocopy of NCAE result (if any)
  • Medical Certificate (Chest x-ray, fecalysis, urinalysis)
  • Marriage Contract (for married female)

Additional Requirements for College Graduate or Undergraduate
  • Original and Photocopy of TOR
  • Certificate of Honorable Dismissal
